CapitalTrust offers various banking services which may be subject to fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is processed. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice.
When you use CapitalTrust services or send emails to us, you are communicating electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, texts, and notices within the application.
CapitalTrust reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
CapitalTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of CapitalTrust after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CapitalTrust operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
